Welcome to the PeCTRA Website - online home for the Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) of Peasley Cross, St.Helens, UK.

We began life in 2000 as a Neighbourhood Watch Group and evolved into a TRA in 2004. In February 2006 we opened a multi-purpose Resource Centre at 1 Cross Farm Road , Peasley Cross, St Helens . WA9 3FF.

PeCTRA works in partnerships with many local agencies, including Arena Housing, Riverside Housing, Helena Housing, Merseyside Police, St.Helens Council, Peasley Cross URC and many other individuals and organisations.

At the heart of PeCTRA is a vision to reclaim our community and make it into a great place to live. PeCTRA is volunteer based association that champions the cause of local people and the local community.

Opening Times

PeCTRA Centre is located on the corner of Cross Farm Road and Appleton Road, open:

  • Monday: 09:00 - 16:00
  • Tuesday we are closed
  • Wednesday: 09:00 - 16:00
  • Thursday we are closed
  • Friday: 09:00 - 13:00
